Shipment Processing Time
Our team ensures that all our orders are processed and shipped in 1-3 business days. If there is a high volume of orders or bulk orders, the shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there is a significant delay in shipment of your order, our team will contact you via email or telephone. However, we will try our best to avoid any such delays.
Note that we do not process the orders on weekends or holidays.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
The shipping cost is calculated based on the shipping method, location, and weight of the book and the total amount is displayed at the time of checkout. We use the following shipping methods for domestic and overseas orders:
Shipment to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO/DPO Addresses
We ship to addresses within the U.S, U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
Once the order is shipped, we will send you the shipment confirmation email with the tracking details.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
CADCIM Technologies is not responsible for any customs or taxes levied on your order. All types of fees imposed during or after shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
Damages
CADCIM Technologies is not liable for any product damaged or lost during shipping. If you receive your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
