Return Policy Individual Orders
|
Before returning the books, please call, fax, or email us to obtain the RMA
number and shipping instructions. Also, RMA number must be mentioned in all returns
related communication. Note: You can return the textbooks provided the invoice is
paid in full within one month from the invoice date. There is also a 20% restocking
fee on all returns. Books must be in new condition and returned within one year.
Books found damaged will be destroyed.
Note:
- You can return the latest edition of textbooks within one year from date of purchase.
Old edition textbooks cannot be returned.
- Please ship the packages without requesting the signature
You can return the textbooks subjected to the following terms and conditions:
- The textbook must be returned within 10 days from
the date of shipment.
- The textbook must be in absolutely new condition
and unused.
- All returns are subjected to 20 percent restocking
charges
- Books found damaged will be destroyed and no credit
will be issued to the customer. In case you want the damaged copies returned to
you, we will charge you S/H. Also, you need to make a written request for it so
that we can inform our warehouse accordingly. Anytime we get a damaged book from
you, it will be returned to you.

Returning Textbooks
for Exchange
- You can return a textbook for exchange provided
you ship the book within 10 days from the date of shipment.
- The textbook must be in absolutely new condition
and unused.
- All exchanges are subjected to 20 percent restocking
charges.
- You will be charged for the shipping and handling
cost and any difference in the price. You must send us a check for shipping and
handling, 20 percent restocking charges, and price difference, if any.
Example:
You bought the textbook for $55 + 9.95 (S/H) = $64.95
20 percent restocking charges = 20 percent of 55 = 11
You need to send us a check for $11 + 9.95 = $20.95
Or you can provide your credit card information and we will charge this to your
credit card.

Replacing a Damaged
Copy
We try our best to make sure that the textbook reaches you in the best possible
condition. However, sometimes it may get damaged in the shipment. In such a case,
you can ask for the replacement of the damaged copy. The procedure for the replacement
is as follows:
- The damage must be reported within 10 days from
the invoice date.
- If the textbook was shipped via UPS, please report
it to UPS and send us a copy of the report. Also, send the damaged textbook back
to us. We will replace it with a new textbook and mail it to you through USPS or
UPS.
- If the textbook was shipped via USPS, send the
damaged textbook back to us and we will replace it with a new copy.
- The textbook must be returned within 10 days from
the date of shipment/invoice.
- If the textbook was shipped overseas via USPS Global
Priority or Air Mail, send us a picture of the damaged textbook and we will replace
it with a new copy. The damage must be reported within 15 days.
