Bookstores and Resellers

You can return the textbooks subjected to the following terms and conditions:

  • Invoice was paid in full on receipt or within 30 days from the billing date.
  • The textbook must be returned within one year from the date of shipment.
  • The textbook must be in absolutely new condition and unused.
  • The textbooks found damaged will be destroyed and no credit will be issued to the customer. In case you want the damaged copies returned to you, we will charge you S/H. Also, you need to make a written request for it so that we can inform our warehouse accordingly.
  • Before returning the books you need to ask for Return Authorisation. And we do not accept old release textbooks.
  • All returns are subjected to 20 percent restocking charges.
  • We will issue the credit memo after deducting 20 percent restocking charges.

Returning Textbooks for Exchange

  • The textbook must be returned within 10 days from the date of shipment.
  • The textbook must be in absolutely new condition and unused.
  • All exchanges are subjected to 20 percent restocking charges.
  • You will be charged for shipping and handling and any difference in the price. You must send us a check, or you will be invoiced for shipping/handling, 20 percent restocking charges, and price difference.

Example:
You bought the textbook for $55 + 9.95 (S/H) = $64.95
20 percent restocking charges = 20 percent of 55 = 11
You need to send us a check or we will invoice you for $11 + 9.95 = $20.95
Or you can provide us your credit card information and we will charge the amount to your credit card.

Replacing a Damaged Copy

We try our best to make sure that the textbooks reach you in the best possible condition. However, sometimes it may get damaged in the shipment. In such a case, you can ask for the replacement of the damaged copy of the textbook. However, in such a case, the textbook must be returned back to us within 10 days from the date of shipment. The procedure of the replacement is as follows.

  • The damage must be reported within 10 days from the invoice date.
  • If the textbook was shipped via UPS, please report it to UPS and send us a copy of the report. Also, send the damaged textbook back to us. We will replace it with a new textbook and mail it to you through USPS or UPS.
  • If the textbook was shipped via USPS, send the damaged textbook back to us and we will replace it with a new copy.
  • The textbook must be returned within 10 days from the date of shipment/invoice.
  • If the textbook was shipped overseas via USPS Global Priority or Air Mail, send us a picture of the damaged textbook and we will replace it with a new copy. The damage must be reported within 15 days.
